    I think this would work great with a tighter crop. Like the colors.

    I would recommend to brighten up the photo to make the structure in the upper right more visible.
    Then I would give a black and white a second shot, maybe even with a grainy filter.

    I do love the sparks and just the gloved hands, but maybe a different angle would help the overall composition.

    i love this shot because im a welder and have that same grinder very cool shot id try to take some of the wash out of the steel plate i dono how you would do that but thats my opinion.
    but over all i love the colors and the industrial raw feel of it
