Now the horizon is slightly down to the right, and so is your watermark. When you are cropping to level, use the grid to make sure you are spot on.

Very nice. Sunsets are so often ho-hum shots with no subject other than a pretty sky.
I like how you used the shore to lead our eyes to the rocks and sunset with the blown out sun only telling us that in the blink of an eye it will be gone. The light fading into darkness that has no detail on the right is just right for me.
I thought about maybe cropping some of the sky but don't think it is necessary and may actually hurt more than help.

BUT FROG.. I already cropped the sky...you want more? LOL
Actually I was shooting this really fast because I was loosing light FAST.... I was also trying to get that perfect time when the waves start building up... I think I ended up shooting like 10 to 15 shots for this until I got what I want.

Actually, Frog stated he does not feel cropping the sky would be good, and i agree
i like this photo just as it is now with the slight edits you did to the horizon, etc.
Perfect. Great colors and tonal gradations
tranquility screaming. . .
nice work

my only nit pick would be that there could be a touch more saturation in the sky. I think it's particularly cool how the sun rays are coming from the rocks. Very nice.
mostly Nikon gear
Feel free to edit my images for critique, just let me know what you did.

I like the spot you chose -- it's harder than one would think to find a good spot in Malibu -- but I think you need to go back on a better day. The sky/sunset just isn't spectacular enough to carry the image, especially since the bluffs cover a large part of the remainder of the image and they don't have any detail.
