Very nice ...well composed and the light is very good. I would give you one small suggestion - if you have software for lens correction, you may want to tweak the tails - I think the horizon is sort of dipping or bending downward at the edges ...
The trouble here is. . . . sunsets/landscapes by the water type images are a very tough crowd to hang with because there are so many gorgeous scenes taken from so many fantastic locations that the "standard" for this genre is very high. While this scene is quite nice, it does not have anything truly special or spectacular going for it to make it hang or stand out from the rest.
The sky is not very pretty here and actually looks somewhat chaotic with the scattering of colorless dark gray clouds and with a scattering of empty and colorless space between them.
The sun is still too bright here and blown out with little color and I'm feeling a few minutes later would have been better.
There are some lens flare spots on the sand near the middle of the photograph. Easily removed. Sometimes lens flare adds to a mood and helps, but not in this case.
The boat does help balance the composition, but it might still be too far out and too small a vessel to really have impact here.
I still feel you have a beautiful photo, but these are some things that i think keep it from hanging near the top of the crowd.
Picturesque photo you have here. It looks like you have vignetting at the top two corners? If so I think it's unneeded, it just makes the sky look even more dark. And as Gary said, the sky isn't all that vibrant but the color of the water is pretty. I also would have taken a few more steps back so the rocks could have framed the bottom. Overall it's a very nice shot!
Every other artist begins with a blank canvas, a piece of paper. The photographer begins with the finished product.
