I like your idea. I think I would have tried to burn in the background on image #1 more though. I like the warm back lighting on the daisy.

    Creative idea.
Like the resulting photo except the bright background.

I like both ideas. On the first, though, the blown out background, and the graininess in the shadows, don't work for me. I also think you can lose some off the top since this is about the "making" of the photograph, and not the environment. I also would like to have seen the flower and jar sharper.

On the second, I really like the backlighting and how it makes the flower glow and the color is very interesting and warm. I don't know if it was possible, but I would like to have seen if you could capture more of the texture and color in the shadows. But it's still a lovely shot.

Good idea. You could perhaps turn this into a diptych or with another angle a tryp!

The focus seems to be a bit off in the first image??

I agree that the second photo has a lot going for it, I would just like to see portions of it slightly more intense to make the petals stand out more - pop!

The background in the first has that sun drenched appeal of impressionistic imagery!

    Looking forward to more!

Thanks a lot for the feedback...

Please be my guess and crope or make any changes on my pictures...

I agree that the first photo can be croped a bit on the top...

and on the second photo looks like the flash light on the back did good...;)

    Thanks again.
    cheers
