Holy crap, that first image made me think of Winnipeg. Especially the bus with the Grand Beach casino ad on it.
Heh, then I noticed you were from Winnipeg.
I like the first picture, but I think that one needed to be closer or have a more narrow focus to be more effective. It almost seems like it would be more interesting if you could have just zoomed in on the man smoking.
The second one, for some reason, looks sad. The man with his head down pedaling down the path. Maybe he's just sick of all the snow we get .
