    Macro by Reflection

    just had to get outside today and give the dogs a walk in the woods, the sun shown thru the tree's and lit up some moss growing at the base of this tree,and since i recently picked up a larger mirror ,i couldn't pass on this pose.

    I sort of like this technique but I am thinking you need to get one killer image and put it away for a while.

    In this image there is nothing of great interest, the mirror should be in one of the thirds of the frame not the center and the out of focus arm of the mirror is a real downer.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    I agree with MB....although I think this is very interesting, there needs to be something in the middle of the mirror image to make it a winner. colorful bug, flower, something that really stands out. I like how you got the background in focus with the mirror image.

    I agree,thanks for the input, i too am pleased that the rest of the image is in focus,and i never thought about the mirror shaft until now, next one i do will have something more of interest in the viewing,thanks for the input all.
