Re: Low Light - comments and critique please

First and formost please only post one photo per crit.

#1: The sun seem to blown out (granted it is the sun!!)

#2: A little the same as #1 in the sun being so bright, but not as bad.

#3: What is the subject in this picture, what story are you trying to tell?? My eye seems to always be drawn to the footprint however the sand that came out of it seem to be what is in focus.

#4: I think this one also lacks a subject. Had you tried to have your model/the person with you, walk along the beach to capture there silhouette??

Hey, I enjoyed alll 4. Especially 2 & 4. The sky might be a tad overblown but i still like the outcomes!

I really like the first and the blown sun is just part of the picture and story.
The sand texture, especially on the left and the way the sun rays point to the footprints which then lead my eye to the walking person and beyond. A nit is I wish there were no disruptions to the sand between him and the dunes beyond.

#3 is my favorite, my eye was drawn to the sand beside the hole. I personally like blown out photo's,if that is the look you are searching for

Personally I prefer to see the horizon laid horizontally I think the first three look quite interesting.
