I really like the expresion and the lighting on her face.

I'm not sure how I feel about the hand tho. I find it interesting, but kinda creepy at the same time. But it makes me want to keep looking at the photo and that is a good thing. It just seems so out of place in this image, but I just can't stop looking at the photo.
