This was taken on the street in a rural Mexican village on the outskirts of Chihuahua City. What do you think?

You certainly have "the eye" for a photograph - the little girl looking round makes it. Well done too for not letting the contrast dominate things - I suspect that the light was very harsh and you've controlled it pretty well. It's quite different from your other images too.

Nice capture but I would have made your image bigger and your border smaller. They seem to compete for attention. At least that's how it appears on my monitor.
