    The little things in life.

    I decided to get my 50mm lense out as i have'nt taken anything with this lense for ages, and forgot what a super, fun little lense this is. www.bevbarkerphotos .com

    The first picture is just beautiful, the colors are very vibrant and it just los great. The second picture is okay, I think that if the entire branch had been in focus it might work better for me....
    Now, the last picture is GREAT. I love the little pinecones. The color of thebackgound works well with them, my only critique is the red thing in the upper right corner....it is kind of distracting.....other then that, it is my favorite.

    Beautiful shots with the 50 mm! I have one too, and they are great and so cheap! I like all three; the colors are great on all of them, and the simplicity is beautiful!

    Bev. I like all 3 but the one that im gonna be picky on is the flower . Theres something just not right, its a beautifull photo. On second tought i like it also, good work

    Bev,

    The flower could be a lovely photo to take as a symmetrical shot with the petal on the table hanging vertically down, if you see what I mean.

    However saying that you captured it beautifully and I like it.

    The green things whatever they are seems to be over sharpenned to me but this could be because of compression. I would have liked to see the branch more in focus.

    For the pine cones these are lovely except for the red rag in the top right.
