Hi Drew - Nice shot overall. The upper part of the lighthouse could be a little better illuminated though. Perhaps it was the time of day and the shadows did that. A solution would be to wait till sunset or get there at sunrise , when the warm sunlight hits it from the side and adds some orange (it's a tad bit cold as is).
Lighthouses are great but it's hard to get a unique shot of one that stands out from the others. This one is compositionally correct, but I would analyze the scene and try to think of new angles, filters, etc that might let it pull away from the pack.

Yes! Looks a lot more vibrant. Not sure if the foreground water is necessary though. I might crop it (??)
