I like this panoramic presentation of the lighthouse. Good placement of the breakwater and the lighthouse.
There's too much Cyan in the image. The clouds could use with more contrast and a selective bit of adjument in levels or brightness. Did you adjust it or is the white balance a little off?
The area to the right of the lighthouse appears to have some items on the horizon that might be interesting to have in a little more relief/detail/contrast as well. Theres some variation in the water surface that looks like it might be stronger with lessening the over saturation in the cyan range.
Wow! That color correction makes this so much better. This certainly is a dramatic looking scene! Love the panoramic! Did you shoot it as such or crop it to shape? Either way good call for a format. Beautiful image.
CLKunst, it is a single image. I wasn't sure about trying to put different pictures together with the waves in them so I just cropped it to look like a panoramic picture.
Yes I like the second shot's colors better. Interesting composition here. Too bad there's no lightning

Yes, that is much better on color. The change in cropping is fine, but the first one also worked quite well. The tighter cropped image changes the weight of the seascape, and alters the impact. It still is a good photograph. Might still benefit from some contrast work or minor sharpening.
This definitly is one that I'd want to print to (either version, first with cyan reduction, of course) as I like to evaluate these images on paper.
Ah yes, I thought about creating some lightning when I was taking the picture, but with much power comes much responsibility... I cannot do such things only on a whim.
Thanks GB1
