I've been back to this a couple of times and I still cannot decide whether I prefer the colour or the B&W. Just to make it clear I like both a lot and the following are ideas to try out.
I like the lighting a lot and I think you have that side covered, However I wonder if the coffee mill is to head on and if a slight angle would have added a bit more of a 3D view. Or perhaps a bit more backlight would have increased the depth or even moving the coffee mill forward from the sacking.
Just ideas to experiment with.
