    Let's Go!

This is probably the first successful re-shoot, normally I forgot to do it again or go to the place, but focus on something different.

After getting some exposures at night, I was not happy with the overall lack of detail, due to hand-held slow shutter speeds. The next day, went to the same place and shot it with late afternoon light.

I like the idea. But I think the super dark areas leave me wanting to know what's there. I think they are way too dark. This kind of photo for me should be light and playful. very light colours. Right now, the darkish tones aren't working for me. Also the top path is taking way too much space in the picture I think. It's a very tough shot though and you're brave for attempting it.

    Alexandre,

Good eye for picking a very interesting spot for the shot. The curvy lines on the left and the natural gentle curvature of the wall is pretty cool.

The empty path on the right leaves my mind wondering a bit.....do the bikes come back around on the right? If so, I think it'll be a cool picture if there were bikes coming toward the viewer on the right path and bikes going away from the viewer on the left path.

With the picture as is, I think a tighter crop at the top to get rid of the black space makes the picture cleaner.

    Respectfully,
