    Less than functioning irish boat

    I took this in Ireland. I don't think it would be the safest to take out but it looked cool.

    Great subject. Don't know how much manual control you have with that E3200 but though you have managed to get some detail in the dark hull, the effect makes much of the rest of the pic overexposed. Everything white is verging on being blown out. Sky, water, boat.
    Some of our editing experts might have some advice on ways to fix it.

    I had edited it more on my computer so it didn't look so over exposed but didn't show up that way on here for some reason.

    Its a good shot, but it seems lots of the highlights are blown. If you have it in raw it might be better an exposure or two lower.

    The edit is better but whites are still blown. It is a difficult situation to shoot in. Morning or evening light would have helped or it is also a good situation for an hdr.
