    Re: legs

Overall I like it. A couple of things that bother me.
    1. Her left arm. I would have had her move it out of the shot.
    2. The curled right foot. I'm not sure if the foot being straight would look better or not but I believe I would have tried it.

    Re: legs

    Great looking shot.

I'm not sure I qualify to give you a formal critique on something like this but I like the shadows and darkness in this image. There is just enough detail in the shadows in my opinion. The background color and overall cast lends itself well to the subject. My only picks are 1) I wish the top of the horizontal leg was similarly outlined as everything else, and 2) the abdomen seems a little bit too well lit - as if you are selecting that part as the central theme of the image instead of the legs.

My models tend to have either 4 or 6 legs

    Re: legs

Just want to second what dmm said...these were the two issues that I had when I viewed the photo. The foot bothers me the most...it looks to be curled to try and fit into the frame.

Overall a solid photo. I love the tones and background color. The lighting works for me and kinda makes the shot.

    Cheers,

Great attempt hardmongo...Lighting is great and so is the tonallity...One gripe,,,you chopped off her extremities like the tip of her foot and the knuckles of her hand...Do you have an uncropped version???If so post that one..
