    Normally I don't like compositions with the subject in the center of the frame but this one works pretty well. The "V" lines of the chains are a great visual.

    I do think that a slightly tighter crop off the top and bottom would make the image even stronger.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    I dig the first one more. It gives you the sense of where he is and how no one is around.

    The one think I find distracting is the green blur on the top left hand side. I like the green tube behind him but I just find that weird blur distracting.
