Leah's new dress

This is my little girl, Leah, she had a new dress and actually wanted me to take a picture of her! She usually does not like be photographed so i was happy.

Please give me some feedback. I know it would have been better I had caught her eyes...

You have a very beautiful girl ! And she really looks very proud of her new dress !!
I am not a expert on b/w photo's , so this would be my own opinion .


I think the photo is great , maybe just a little bit too dark .
I also like the expression on her face , tells me that she likes her new dress a lot !

Actually, I like it with no eyes. She's busy twirling. I'd have moved her or the stool though. It does seem a little dark, have you tried without the flash?

Essential to catch the eyes.In this shot it was the moment you captured and what a look of pure happinness and innocence on her face. You could not get her to do that for all the ice cream in the world.Hope by the way that you "paid" this beautiful model for her patience. Only crib would be to crop out that bit of sky to the right of her head, bit of a distraction. Thks for sharing.
