Just like any major city, smog is a problem there as well. I made it up this hill about an hour before sunset and stayed till afterward the sun set. The day was very hazy from the smog, I just waited it out till darkness killed some of it. I thought it did, but I'm surprised you still noticed that. The problem is I don't see it, so I can't really fix it. ;)
