    Hello Ray, Welcome aboard.

    Overall, I like this. The execution appears to be very good. On the other hand, I can't help myself but thinking that there is something a little off. Stop me if I don't make sense, I am not into portraits but I get the impression that the lighting is too flat. You clearly seems to have a good control over it, there are no hot spots, no distracting shadows, everything is well defined. Nevertheless, I feel that this portrait could/should be more dramatic.

    While good, it seems a little over-processed, at least to me.
