Yet Another Dang Wing Glass/Color Shot

I did more PP in PS for this one. I know there are some problems, but I don't mind hearing about them.

I like the other shot MUCH MUCH better. I prefer the colors and the composition of the first on over this one, Jeff

Re: Yet Another Dang Wing Glass/Color Shot

    Thanks for the viewpoints.
    Here is the shot, sooc.

It is a wine glass in front of an iPad that has one of my other color experiment shots. I wanted to have effect that the colors were in the glass. So I started selecting the colors outside the glass. When I checked my partial progress, the color strips outside the glass were still there and I liked it that way. I thought about taking the colors out of the stem to further the illusion, but, again, I like it.

Now, what I find important, is the bottom line. It doesn't matter what I did or not, its the image as you see it.

I think your other one was the best. These aren't doing it for me. a bit too dark. look at your other one, how great and soft the colours were, they blended together beautifully etc. these ones aren't as smooth nor as appealing to me.
