    Late Afternoon Glow

Took this one somewhere between Monument Valley and Canyon de Chelly. Enjoy!

Beautiful shot. Great framing, the tones work, the image seems warm and cool at the same time. The textures of the cliff are excellent.

    Nice Capture.

    Re: Late Afternoon Glow

A beautiful shot. The strong perspective along with your well chosen foreground give us a great feeling of depth. The 'spotlight' on that otherwise nondesrcipt bush elevates this shot.
While I'm not a fan of elaborate software frames and think that this one also detracts from the photo, I do understand why you would want to seperate the scene from the background. I think that using an angle of lighting for the dropshadow similar to that in the scene might make the lettering less intrusive.
Your work is very strong and I don't think you need to 'gild the lilly'.

Excellent. I agree with Chunks comments. The perspective is good and the highlight on the bush in the foreground, along with the scattered lighting brings us into the scene. Great exposure as well.
