    the last bluejay before heading to spring camp

    shot this with my nikon D50,just after my film ran out from my nikon F70d,i had taken the polarizer off with cloudy sky's was trying to capture faster images but forgot to switch to a program setting of fast action shots,perhaps then it would have been just a bit clear'r,.

    Beautiful bird, great color. Would have liked to see more features of the birds head, but that's just me. Good catch, those birds are fast. S

    yes they are very fast and weary,there was four of them flying around from one feeder to the next,everytime i brought up the camera they acted like i was about to shoot them,in the other sense,the clunk of the D50 scared them the most but the F70d was very fast and quietly compared,got lots of chickadees then ran out of film,had to check the manual on rewinding the film back out,lol.got it.

    The lighting must have been tough too, looks like sun (or glare) and shade in that area, should post a couple of your other favorites. S
