Her teeth seem to be quite prominent , not that there's any thing wrong with them but they are almost neon bright.
Sorry not the best of critiques and this image deserves better but this is what grabbed me.
Pete
Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...
Her skin is way too red. Even if it's a tan, it's still way too red/saturated in the image.
The cropped elbow is not ideal.
I don't think her teeth are a problem at all. It's the smile (tight/forced-looking) in combination with her head position (down). If that's her natural smile, no problem. Ask her to raise her chin a little if you have a chance to reshoot her. That may help.
I also don't think the head position works well with the lighting, which seems very broad and even. Her nose almost disappears in it.
If this is someone you can reshoot with little hassle, try working on the pose and some lighting variations. If not, de-reddening her skin will improve the image a little.

Reason: grammar
I peeked at you profile and saw the link to your website/blog and found other shots of her, which I believe are better than the one you showed here, both in composition and colors
On the one with a yellow garment I believe you used one light and her facial features are more visible
I actually used the same 4 light setup for both pictures. Although I did different things to edit them. I only had that one with me when I posted them to get critiqued so I hadn't posted anymore. I am always constantly trying to improve. When I love a shot a lot or a shoot a lot, I am sometimes blind to different issues that are in the photo. So it helps me to get an outside view on my work so I can continue to improve.
