    Lady Gator

    This is Corey Hartung of the University of Florida's Women's Gymnastics Team. I posted more of a closely cropped shot from the same meet earlier. I'm curious what you think of if this more contextual one.

    Personally I think this photo works really well if your going for the humor. The movement is frozen.

    Hey LL,

    When I first looked at this pic I thought it was a pretty nice photo, then I scrolled down and saw the guy at the bottom of the frame. At first I found him to be a major distraction, and that he didn't add anything to the image. But the more I look at it, the more I feel he needs to be there to anchor the photo. Without him there, the image seems to be floating in space...

    Good timing. I agree with Mike that the coach gives us a sense of how high she is. The color seems off on my monitor.
