I really like the third picture. I also use a sigma 10-20mm and have been told that if I shoot at 12mm instead of 10mm with it, it will help with sharpness and distortion along the sides. I usually shoot at 10mm but do a much wider view and then crop to make sure I get everything as sharp as I want/need.
I like the angles the shots were taken from, really ads to the image. Pity about the little guard rail at the bottom of the 1st 2 shots, though no big deal.
 Shootme...
Please don't edit and re-post or use my images (not that you'd want to anyway...). without my written permission. Thank you
I do prefer the first photo Don. It seems a little more contrasty, the colours a little more vivid. It would make a great series, if you haven't started one already.
On a side note, Canada seems to have a lot of these types of paintings on side of walls. When I was In Ontario in 96-97', I distinctly remember seeing paintings such as these. They are very well done and are a nice change from the usual graffiti.

George Zimbel: Digital diahhrea is a disease for which there is a simple cure. Take one frame of a scene. It is exquisite training for your eye and your brain. Try it for a month. Then try it for another month…then try it for another month…..
The first and last images work the best for me and I think that your choice of shooting angles is what make both of these images stand out IMO. The contrast in the first image really stands out against the second and it is interesting to see the two together.
Agree, judging from these, a series could work well...
Thanks guys. I took these with my little Kodak super zoom with the .38x adapter. Winipeg has a lot opf murals because there is a training program for Graffitti artists.
