    Kiwi!

    I seemed to have suddenly re-kindled my previously obsessive photographic hobby-ing! Was it worth it? Any tips and suggestiong would be greatly apreciated!

    good color and dof. The shadows are a problem and the bit of darker area in top right.
    That's why I haven't even tried to do any high contrast still life stuff.
    And I'd like to know what the third shot is also.

    Of course its worth it.

    Your right about the shadows and the dark area! I'm afraid my window sill is a pretty small area to work with! A problem i found is that all of my lights give an annoying yellow tinge so as I don't have any proper white bulbs I had to resort to using sunlight!! Ah the final image is infact a foam shower-gel thing (can't remember what though!)

    What white balance are you using on your camera?
    White balance can also be corrected in post editing especially if you shoot in raw mode.
