    Yes, I certainly see the busyness! Kitchens are restaurants are usually controlled chaos. I like the action 'behind the scene' feeling here, there there's very good black and white greys also. Is it great? Not quite. as I think the fellow on the right being so dominant and blurry that it distracts from the viewing experience (his face is also very dark). The gal's smile is good and draws me in, but she's too small in the frame and there's too many items to really put my attention on her. Anyway - I like the subject, and would like to see more. Do that project!

    I agree with GB1 about the guy in the foreground, he takes up quite a bit of the photo. Kind of distracting, and also I too would like to see more of the person in the background.
