Just messing around with the XT.

Hopefully Saturday's storm chase yields some good photos!

Dick - This is a pretty shot. I like the colors and the calmness of the water. The sky is a little bland though, could probably be snazzed up by using a polarizer.

Also - try getting a little closer to the subject (the trees). Use a very wide-angle lens if you have one, and see if you can still get in a little of the water.

Great shot, I like the colors... This is a very nice scene and worth the effort of photographing it...

I agree about the sky, but it's beautiful. And it looks a little crooked to me, but maybe the background is on a hill?
