Hi, gang, I snapped of this quick picture of Holly...I said "HEY" and just pressed the shutter when she turned around.

I like this picture a lot, but part of that is because I think it shows her personality. Just curious on any criticisms or suggestions anyone might have

It is just a snapshot--color in the face is washed out. Try a really high contrast version of this or use a art filter of somekind to emphasize the simplicity of it.

Yes there is a lot of personality there but you have her exactly centered in the frame wich often makes the image very static.

I'd say crop from the left up to the back of her head, from the top and the right of the frame up to her hair. All that empty frame space doesn't add any sense of place to the image and isn't needed.
