    Just a Padlock

I went to that place in the earlier post today and got this HDR. I am pretty satisfied. what do you think. there was only a padlock holding off the door.
I don't want it, I just need it...to breath ...to feel ...to know I'm alive.

Intriguing.....good subject for such an effect. I just spent an hour trying some HDR on my AEB RAW photo files. I didn't get any good results plus my subjects were not worthy of the dramatic effect......and I didn't know what the hell I was doing.

By the way, what lens were you using. Based on the curved wall, there is some "fisheye" about the photo. pun totally intended

    Very cool....

    Re: Just a Padlock

I have also been working with HDR. I would post some of my experiments but the subject matter really isn't anything to write home about. I tried every exposure my camera had, I shot RAW and Jpeg, B&W, Color and even a few IR pictures with my Hoya 72. I didn't have any luck shooting RAW. The only ones that came out were the Jpegs that I made no adjustments to prior to the merge. Maybe since this is such a new subject we could use an HDR forum, I also hate to clog up the critique forums with HDR images. I think it is something most will be using more in the future. I would like to see more of a before and after of your pictures. I might post mine when I later but also do not want to hijack a thread. Yours seem to have came out well...
