    Just for fun

So I was bored last night and decided to experiment with some different things. Not usually something I am in to, but I thought they turned out okay. Any thoughts?

P.S. Can anyone tell me why my shots always look so saturated when I post them? The colors on the one look so much nicer on the original. I save them as sRGB

I definitely prefer the first one. I think a square crop might work better as it gets softer towards the bottom. It almost looks like an alien planet scene.

I prefer the first one. It has a much more crisp feeling to it. as for the saturation in you photos after you post them. Have you tried a different browser to view them in? It could be that your browser just doesn't handle the photo the same way your software does.

Yes the color ones look oversaturated...unnatural.

I was having trouble with my pics looking different here and was told to make sure to click the save for web tab when saving....seems to have helped.

The top half of the first one is super crisp and super awesome.

    Re: Just for fun

Thanks for the comments guys. I totally agree a square crop works great.

tayl0124, it seems that everyones computer and browser makes them look over saturated, but in LR, PS, or windows photo viewer they look fine.

Frog, where do I have that option to "save to web?" I export my photos from LR to a folder, and I use sRGB color space. I must be missing that option.

    Thanks again
