I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
Hi Greg, Thanks for the kind words. You are always welcome to come.
Hi Tom, You are right about the exposure of the background. In fact, I had given up this photo. Then I tried the PS for the RAW conversion, and the result was more acceptable.
Great composition, and there's just a hint of blur to let you know that the bus is moving and yet it's boxy bulk neatly hides the wheels. My only nitpick is that the upper part of the frame seems a little over bright, I would try to bring down the highlights in that area light bit to play up the boxy outlines more. Otherwise, I love it!
Hi CL,
You are absolutely right about the exposure of the building which I am not satified with. I will re-shoot the place with a CPL next time to reduce the glare on the windows. By the way, it was a tram. We have it here for about a hundred years.

Love it, there is something very calming about this shot, there don't appear to be as many people in the scene as I would expect to see so perhaps that's it. I think the colours are great, agree on the exposure comments but this certainly works very well as it is.
