    Jammin'

From a recent shoot for a local DJ. Explored a lot of possibilities over a 4 hour shoot. Got a number of definite "keepers" but for me, this fell into the "maybe" category. Thoughts?

I like the action, emotion, and energy in this one. the colors are vibrant and match the mood and vibe, but i feel that perhaps there might be too much color in the face especially the forehead. Other than that, its a fun and vibrant portrait.
    Nice, Jet

Good stuff Jet. The composition is good, I like your PP work here. Very nice blend. Very natural. I agree with Gary that there's too much colour in the face area. Love the flow of hair too. Well done!

    Re: Jammin'

This is why this one is a *maybe* for me. the face was toned WAY back - in the original it is lobster red from posing like this repeatedly. The smoke was from a smoke machine, not added later in post and as it passes over her cheek it changes the color making it look drastically different from the forehead. I may try color blending the forehead one last time to lighten more...

Thanks for confirming my suspicions

Wonderfully done, as always, jet, but a little high pass-y... or contrasty... or maybe a little saturated in the skintones... or something - for me. Not by much, at all, though. Glad that you're giving the old smoke machine a whirl. Works really well here.

Cool, its worth trying on this.
Love the smoke, was thinking of renting or buying a small machine for here.

Also got my eye on a leaf blower, pressure washer, snow machine, perhaps some TNT and a few other items from Domme Depot er Home Depot that is

I like it... I'll just have to fix the skin though... but overall.. colors and expression are sweet.
