    its electric

Messing around again in the kitchen. These are cropped some so I can take it out a little if needed. What do ya think?

I like the outlet and it's cover (contempuary), but the wavy tile is too different. Nice grain and sharpness.

I find element of interest in both pictures although I'd say that the first one is probably more eye catching. The serious sharpness (and thus the textures) make the shot.

    Which lense was used???

I prefer the top, however I think a slight rotation to align the socket vertical with the frame would improve the shot by increasing the angle on the perspective going down to the left.

    The textures are excellent.

I sometimes think you may be oversharpening your shots but these look good.

Ok, I like the bottom one better, but I'm in the mood for abstracts. I agree that the light and texture in both images is wonderful.

Thanks a lot for your comments and criticism that I always take into consideration. I probably am oversharpening as I am still getting used to photoshop using shadow/highlights and the unsharp mask.
