I'm intrigued by this shot. I like it for reasons I'm not sure of. Could be the retro(ish) tones or their saturation.
The one thing I don't like about it is the head/hair and its really dark tone that not only block her face (which would've been nice to get a glimse of) but also add a really dark area in a photograph where everything else was so bright colourful and happy.

The use of colour is very good. The shot intrigues me what the girl is looking. The more I look at it, the more I want to know. Very effective!
