Interesting experiment. However, what story are you trying to tell? What do you want the viewer to see?

I wanted people to see how chaotic my living room is and I've never used a long exposure time in my life, so wanted to see the outcome. Thanks for looking!

It's interesting to see the motion blur and the out of focus regions due to depth of field in the same shot. The confusion caused by the blur in the area that the eye expects to find sharpness causes tension. You can use that intentionally sometime. Good experiment.

Did you use a tripod or is the sharp zone just due to the steadiness of youth, which I can vaguely recall?

    ;) Hehe.

I wish I was THAT steady. I stole my dad's tripod for a little while to take the photograph.
