    Into The Eyes Of The Eagle

    Hi, My name is Alex, I've just joined and wanted to share a few images. Hope all you ladies and gents dont mind

    This is a shot of a bald eagle i took last tuesday.

    70-200L @ 200mm
    f5.6

    Damn this is sharp,

    Nicely captured - how far away is this guy cause I noticed you only had a 200mm lense?

    yeah, this was at 200mm, so not far away!

    it was taken at the hawk conservancy near andover. where in basingstoke do you live?

    What an absolutely amazing image, feel like it is looking at me. What a great lens by the look of it as well. Have anymore of this bird, maybe not so close, full bodied as well.

    Also welcome to these forums, I think you will find it a very friendly place to hang out.

    they were both taken at 200 mm with a 70-200L

    Those are awesome. And although the close up is absolutely stunning, I think the flight one is even more so.

    These are awesome images! So sharp with great color. The composition is right on too. Both are excellent - I prefer the 2nd one due to the action. You've done a great job.
