    I need input on this one

    What did I do wrong here, I think his face is out of focus. I wanted this to be a dynamic image. What could I do different? It was a raw shot also.



    How can I be lost
    If I've got nowhere to go?

    I think that I would shoot in portrait style and fill the frame with his face. This would eliminate background distractions. I also try and put the subjects eyes in the upper third of the picture. I hope that helps.

    Yep, definately out of focus. What was your aiming point? Manual or auto focus? I think your focal point should have been the eyes, maybe the bridge of the nose. JMHO.

    He seems to be looking at you and saying ".. you can't even focus a camera, Sonny?!"

    I like the original and the adjusted crop. Both have merit. Greg good work on the sharpening, looks great with no penalty.

    I think the vertical,(portrait), style works better. Great subject and I like the exposure.

    OO man, you burnt me there. This statue is at the enterance of the old Midland Theater. I thought the back ground would be of some help to "spruce up the picture a bit". Nice edit Greg.
