    Hurricane Ridge Olympic Mountains

Been so busy with work lately have barely had time to shoot or visit forums as in the past,
Was working my accounts in the Olympic Peninsula last week so headed up to Hurricane Ridge and Obstruction Point one night with a friend. The wildflowers are starting to come alive very nicely and had the added bonus of some very curious deer.
    Suggestions, feedback appreciated

    Thanks for looking

    ^^^ my thoughts exactly.
beautiful colors, and great composition other than too little sky

Beautiful but I think the blues are a bit heavy.

    Re: Hurricane Ridge Olympic Mountains

Excellent image, Ray. My only critique is that it appears you have added a bit too much sharpening.
This is an excellent study of layers and the bit of orange sky topping it off as well as the white flowers layering the foreground add a whole lot to it. As for other comments about the sky, i agree more sky might have worked better but IMO what is here is enough and outstanding.
    Well done.

Justice is done. Talk about a well-deserved Sticky. I'm torn as too whether or not I'd like to see the grass a little greener. (Then again, wouldn't we all?)

An ass-kicking shot, in any case.

Thank you everyone for looking and the great comments and suggestions. I'm going to rework this image and see what I can come up with it was one of those images where you were shooting into the sun with a lot of haze and low light.
Thanks again everyone and for the Sticky

    Re: Hurricane Ridge Olympic Mountains

This is stunning photo and needs no modification in my case.

The colours are outstanding and so is the composition.

    A well deserved sticky.
