    House Plant

Not exactly sure the variety. Trying some textural sort of shots.

Love it . The texture is all over it!
Your tonal range in the leaves is exquisite.
    What's your lighting setup?

Texture in this pic as said by Jon is amazing. It's like just *bang* right there. Great black and white lighting too.

    Great shot,

other than a slight crop to the left(personal preferance) I love how beautifully detailed this piece is....

I didn't think of myself as liberated, and I don't believe that I did anything important.
I was just myself. I didn't know any other way to be, or any other way to live."

This must be an amazing print. Good composition, texture, and tone.

I'm torn here. It's a good photo. I guess I'm just thinking that if there wasn't any non plant space it would be better.

    Re: House Plant

Thank you JK , Jared, Nat, Chunk, and Trevor for your posts.

JK- The lighting was only available light from a window in late afternoon. I used plenty of Photoshop which I am learning as I go.
Nat- Thanks for the crop suggestion, I am going to give it a try.
Trevor- I agree. The portion between the leaves on the lower right does not sit well with me . I tried different adjustments (other than cropping) and cant seem to find a better way of dealing with it.

    Thanks again everyone.

As stated before, the texture in this shot is great. I also love how you can see the detail in the shadows. Great shot!
