I like the color versions, I never have been a huge fan of B&W. Our world is full of color, meant to be seen. #2 color would get to the print shop and hung on the wall.

I like the B&W or the Color of the first one it's a very good photo, but the Like the 2nd one in color the B&W just is so much less.

    Re: Horse Play

B&W for me purely because of the sky in colour doesn't add anything to the photo and a lot of the textures in the B&W are hidden in the colour version.

You could try adjusting the clouds in the B&W to bring out the definition which seems to be there in the original by playing with the red in the channel mixer. You don't want much just enough to give some detail.

Either one of the first two shoud be hanging on your wall. I cannot decide which I liked best the BW or Color. A great moment/memory captured in film uh I mean digital.

    Re: Horse Play

I love the angles of horse and boy in the first photo it is such an original shot, much better than if they were standing side by side. It shows a beautiful spirit of both the horse and the child. Bravo! and personally I prefer the b/w of the close up and the color version of the second. NJ

Thanks for the comments. Seeing them again, I think I prefer the 2nd in color.
