    Holy Tomato....sorta

    I could use some help on this shot. I used a 100mm macro. Maybe the wrong lens for this.
    I was trying to create a halo effect (as in the halo of saintly proportions) using the light technique I have used before.

    the halo effect isn't very apparent. So that sort of makes it look like a mistake in the lighting or some aberration. I wouldn't have known this was supposed to be a halo if you didn't tell me. Also for a macro shot, this is kinda on the soft side and the tomatoes have blemishes. I would try to shoot with almost perfect tomtatoes and with a better focus.
