Hiking trip part deuce

Hi Folks
Well, I went back to the same trail as last week...Problem was that there was far less water and it was too sunny...Now I have not had the chance to sort through the 600+ pics I took today, so I quickly scanned through some...Anyway, comments are appreciated..

Hmmm, these are hard to do because these locations are so cluttered with rocks and branches etc. and the lighting is either very shaded or too bright. I think these are not bad. 1st and 3rd are not bad. i think the 2nd shot is very good. there is an interesting point of view going on here and the colors and framing make it more interesting.
I think it is by far the best of the three.

I like all three, but also like the second one the best. A different point of view when you're looking upwards at a waterfall as opposed to straight on.

I think you did well with the exposures. I wish they were a bit wider. But shooting falls you are sometimes restricted to where you can shoot.

Thank you so much...I got a late start that day and as a result, the conditions where awful.. Most of my pics that I took that day are junk...Parts are blown out and others are too dark...The sun was my enemy...top that of with no room to move around and tripping over rocks and well...:cryin: but it was fun..I am glad you like that second one. I spent allot of time in photoshop with it, trying to save it...I had to crop out allot of the blown out sections and brighten up the shadows...

Thanks for the comments, as I said above, that second one has allot of blood sweat and tears in CS3 .. lol

Thanks for the comments...Believe me, the end result was not to bad, but I really struggled with the exposer on all of these...I took well over 600 pics and junked all but about 20 of them...Next time I will need to leave really early in the morning to get there before the noon day sun...

I'll be odd man out and say I like the third one for all the variations in light you caught with nothing blown out or too dark for detail.
