    High Contrast Series: Duck

I know alot of people do not like the high contrast look because it doesn't look like a photograph but it is something I really enjoy and I think that it goes really good in a more modern type of lifestyle......

Anyway, here is my latest of a duck that was swimming a pond..... Do you think this works t all??

The trouble for me is that the wave lines get mixed with the profile of the duck.I find it visually confusing.

I think the second one is prettier, but if only there was more white behind the duck so to show more detail. Nice idea btw.

Thanks - I have a few more in this series that I am really liking.... Like I said, it is not for everyone, but even in itself, it has to start with a good picture to be able to convert it and make it look right...... So, it is still something I enjoy.

Not my kind of thing but, hey, kudos for trying something different. Some things work, some don't, some things appeal to others and some things don't. You never know unless you try. Better to experiment than to stay safe all the time.
