Some good drag racing shots - clear, sharp, and lots of colour.
The blurred background indicates that the subjects are in motion.
I like em !
Randy, Gear - 3 in the green, with a T2i and some lenses !
Definitely, these are some great shots. Very crisp focusing and nice colors. What camera/lens did you use?
Good work.
Thanks guys
i used a Nikon D70 with the Nikon 70-200VR f2.8 lens. this was my first day out with this lens, only got it a few days ago, and i'm pretty happy with so far
Well first off, welcome aboard...glad to have you around!
Those are some very impressive panning shots...good job! In matters of composition, there is nothing you can do short of cropping, which you dont really wanna do!
Anyways (nothing personal here...) a call out to you trog, witches and birds you have a problem with but perfect focus on drag cars does not even remotely strike a question of doubt???
Again pehpsi, this is just a tease....
Looking forward to more posts!

Kindly do NOT edit my photos - I would rather try and apply your advice and learn...
These are really great panning shots; sharp, right on the subject. Very nice.
Are you a racing fan or do you have access to a drag strip to get these shots?

I've been invited by the driver for a team to go out to practice, and to some of her competition runs, signed on as part of the crew to get full access ...
So I have to get some great photos for her !
She also has a farmhouse in France near le Mans and gets free tickets for the race.
And unfortunately for the rest of you guys ... has a boyfriend racing in the pro class above hers
