Hi Gavin, I like the personal quality of your photographs. The man with the straw hat is very dramatic and I like the sepia tone.

Please only post one photo at a time for critique unless you have some related....such as b/w or color, or which composition between these two.
Otherwise, members will generally not do a critique on each photo posted.

Your first is a rather haunting portrait but I don't like the reflections in his eyes and find them distracting.

I like the first one and the 4th one the most. They other ones are good also but i think those two are so strong. the 4th one is the best, IMO. That man looks like he has some great stories and some good times and i think you captured that really well.
