Interesting human scene. Probably too dark and grainy to make it over the top, but still interesting.

Gb, you had me concerned with your gloomy prognostication. However my people have informed me that this image has just barely MADE IT OVER THE TOP!!
Hooray!
Now I hope it can GET AROUND THE BEND and maybe even (cross your fingers...) SLIDE DOWN THE HILL. (OK,...OK,...maybe not DOWN THE HILL...)
Tuna
Errr.. Ok, whatever. Just meant to say that I didn't think it was quite portfolio-level work; it has interest, and mood, but technically is also has the issues I mentioned.
Maybe it's been a long winter there, eh Tuna? (lol)

Not deliberately being contrary, I like the dark, grainy look.
Gives me a feeling of the dark mood of the lone man, perhaps watching the couple and longing for a partner and kiss of his own ... what's his story?
Methinks Tuna is going through a dark phase! Actually, in this and the other recent posts, there has been a very clever control of exposure. The dark areas contain plenty of detail, yet the overall mood remains dark and shadowy. At the same time, there are some extraordinarily bright areas, which just hover on the right side of being burnt out.
Having said that, the more recent offerings, including this one, are not really to my taste - although I like the concept behind the images.
