    Re: Happiness

As I can't see the guy's expression, the only thing my eye is drawn to is his gut; which doesn't really make the photograph for me ;) . I'd have definitely tried to capture more of why you got the impression this chap was so happy.

    Cheers,

I would have to agree with Hindey on this one. From what I can see he isn't smiling or anything, just my .02

I have to agree with the others. He looks more sad to me.

No, believe me, this guy is in his idea of heaven. This is your typical Irish male who probably is unemployed and so has a huge beer bellly and can enjoy a sunny afternoon fishing and smoking.
Thks for the comments. Had to take this when he was not looking my way or he might have thought i was from the social services spying on him. ha ha

    Roberto,

I thought he looked like a spaniard on a wall in a Spanish port - I really like the shot and the texture of the wall and the relaxed mood of the photo. Nicely captured, one minor critique is that it looks a little soft.

Good subject, and not a bad picture. I think having some more negative space on either the top or the left side would open it up some, as it feels a bit too tightly cropped. Seeing a little more of his environment might have helped to see a little more of him, if you know what i mean.
