Please critique these pictures, I know some are slightly out of focus, but I really just want to know about the lighting. I extended the lights above the doll. I varied the settings a litte, just to see what would happen. The first picture is of the lights themselves. I used PVC pipes. For the shaft of the system I put a slightly smaller pipe inside a larger one. For the base I used a four pronged adapter with 4 pipes to stabilize everything. I drilled a hole through the top of the adapter and used pvc glue to secure the shaft there. For the lights themselves, I used a 6 dollar construction clamp light and flood light bulbs (soft light variety). Taking the clip ons off and mounting them to the inner pvc pole. I bought 10 dollar dimmers to make it possible to vary the light. To hold the inner pole in place, I used two screws in each light, pinching it in place. What do you think about the results. I'm new to the whole lighting thing and couldn't afford the really nice lights just yet.
